Our refurbishment capabilities include complete overhaul
and repairs to Roots type rotary blowers and their rotating
equipment. We recently achieved a world first in successfully
exchanging blower lobe shafts. We also carry out repairs to
OEM specs of multi stage boiler feed and de-scaling pumps
as well as repairs to horizontal split casing pumps, normal
end suction single stage pumps as well as various other
equipment, such as gear reducers, pinions, compressors
and fluid drives. We carry out repairs and maintenance to
large electric motors bearing units as well couplings and
gears requiring oil injection.
We have a balancing facility capable of dynamic balancing
of up to 6 tons, 2 meters diameter and approximately 3
meters long equipment to ISO 1940 standards. We can
balance small equipment as well.
